User safety is of vital importance to Jumbuck. Jumbuck provides carriers with a combined approach to moderating chat and community products including:

Moderation Centre Overview
User safety is an integral part of Jumbuck's services. In September 2003, Jumbuck launched a real time Human Moderation Centre based in Perth, Western Australia. This large in-house 24 hour moderation facility ensures that Jumbuck delivers chat room and community based services to wireless carriers that satisfy community concerns and government regulations around the world.
Moderation
Communications technologies are greatly enhanced by ensuring chat and messaging communities are safe as well as fun. In 2003 Jumbuck introduced human moderation to its Power Chat application, and now maintains a unique Moderation Division with the sole purpose of applying efficient and effective human moderation and other safety measures to select Jumbuck applications and services features. Jumbuck is an active contributor to industry and government discussions on chat safety in several countries including the USA, UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
